You agree to notify ok555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ok555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
ok555 may request identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ok555 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ok555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts consistent with applicable regulations. Prior to applying any inactivity fee, ok555 will attempt to notify you at the email address registered to your Account.
ok555 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the most current list is always displayed within the ok555 cashier section.
Minimum deposit amount on ok555 is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay). ok555 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly; bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following one blockchain confirmation.
Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed by ok555 within 24 hours of a validated request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the selected payment method. ok555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
The ok555 Platform operates with Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as the primary wallet currency. All Account balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as displayed within the ok555 cashier.
ok555 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious financial activity. Deposits and withdrawals that trigger fraud indicators may be held pending investigation. ok555 reserves the right to reverse deposits, freeze balances, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
ok555 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to an ok555 Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. ok555 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Bonus Funds credited as a result of promotional exploitation, technical errors, or breach of these Terms will be voided, and ok555 may recover any related winnings.
Eligibility for specific ok555 promotions may vary based on Account status, verification level, geographic location, and deposit method used. ok555 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis and its decisions in this regard are final.
All sports bets placed on the ok555 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type as published within the ok555 betting rules section. ok555 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet prior to event settlement where justified by circumstances including but not limited to: data errors, market suspension, event cancellation, or suspected irregular betting activity.

The ok555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ok555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. ok555 will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and reliable gaming environment but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
ok555 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ok555 reasonably believes that the Account has been involved in: prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, KYC non-compliance, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
ok555 may permanently terminate an Account where suspension does not adequately address the underlying issue. Upon termination for cause, ok555 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and, subject to legal requirements, retain Real Money Funds pending investigation. Users who believe their Account has been terminated unfairly may raise a formal dispute through the support process.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ok555 support via live chat. Any eligible Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
ok555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ok555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the ok555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of ok555's operating license. ok555 holds an international gaming license that authorises the operation of the online gaming services described herein.

If you remain unsatisfied with ok555's decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under ok555's licensing authority.
